Overworked and underpaid - Logistics Administrator Amarex Employee Review

My experience with Amarex was disappointing. Key issues included lack of professionalism, poor communication, etc. Despite attempts to resolve concerns, I was often dismissed and ignored. Additionally, with an entry level role there was often no training provided which caused errors in the long-term. This reflects a lack of integrity, reliability, or accountability in their operations. I would not recommend this company and advise caution to others considering their services. In addition there are no opportunities for professional growth. Often you are assigned to several ongoing projects and will need to pick up the slack from Clinical Research Associates and Managers. Competitive pay is not provided. There is not a healthy work life balance.
