Great management and day to day support

Normal on the road travels woes

Company members are amazing, genuinely kind people and passionate

Leadership is very toxic, has bad management skillsets and does not know how to set team members up for success. When difficult situations come, leadership dumps a lot of blame on the members, and comes in an interrogating manner rather than collaborative problem solving. There is a lot of political games happening within the leadership, and often the team members get caught up as scapegoats or is verbally abused. There is a re-org happening almost every other quarter, and whenever that happens, everyone is always on edge because of the politics, and/or scared of being laid off because of the pivots. Business decisions are made very poorly and out of assumption rather than thorough research. Which often times lead to failed ventures and tours.
