      Team was diverse and alot of young women that were friendly

      Cons

      Management was all over the place and wanted me to do social media and front desk. Didn’t train very well and customers were very rude and impatient

      Great coworkers, good location for foot traffic. No prior lash experience required.

      Cons

      Manager is unprofessional. Micromanages yet is unorganized and inconsistent. Doesn’t trust employees, causes drama with clients and employees. Not a lot a room for growth. Pay scale is messed up.
