Pros
Competitive pay for the market. Master and lead stylists make good money. Culture can be fun but it depends on the location.
Cons
Little to no benefits. Their pto is a joke (based of min wage so is like $7.25). High turnover not only in employees but also management. Inconsistent inventory (constantly running out of items for weeks on end. I'm talking lashes and lash adhesive, making us pay out of pocket for supplies with no reimbursement). A/C broken for months. Catty management sometimes. No sit pay so if you're not booked you don't make any money.
