Cons

Racist, dirty, blackmailers, mismanaged, potty-mouth, unprofessional, poor company. If you are Jewish and potty mouth then you best suitable for a job in this company. If you are submissive and say YES SIR to everything your immediate supervisor or manager say, even if it is against company policy / Employee's right, this company is for you. if you are deaf/dumb/blind you best fit in the company.

Dear Community, I am afraid that this review does not reflect our company, it's ethics, ethos or diverse staff in any manner and we, Amazing Support, wholly reject and dismiss this review as false and incorrect. This review has been submitted in an explicitly defamatory manner by a disgruntled ex-employee who was unfortunately made redundant. We are also aware of who posted this review and our HR and Legal consultants are in the process of making contact with them. I am shocked that Glassdoor would approve a review that is not only entirely false (which seems contradictory to the whole point of your review website), but also Anti-Semitic. Yes, we do have a number of Jewish members of staff but you do not have to be Jewish to work in our company. We have had, still have and will always have employees of all faiths and ethnicity and we are very proud of our diversity. We are a good, responsible IT support company, an equal opportunities employer with lovely staff and great managers, who nurture their people. We also have a totally inclusive mentality where everybody has a voice. This disgusting and false review is in direct contrast to all these mentioned, our ethos and is utterly untrue. To the person who wrote this review, I am sorry that you felt you had to write such a disgraceful review and clearly you are extremely upset about your redundancy. All I can offer is our apologies and good wishes, but unfortunately, businesses have to make difficult decisions and redundancies are part of that. However, that is a business decision, not a personal one and I find it unacceptable and unprofessional for you to write a defamatory review such as this to attempt to personally effect our business. Should you wish to seek further employment at another company and require a reference from us, you are causing permanent professional damage to yourself and if you want to become a valid member of any company and team, your prejudiced, offensive and general attitude needs a considerable change of direction. If anybody reading this would like a valid, truthful and honest review about us, our business, our people and what it's like to work at Amazing Support, please feel free to contact any of my staff and they would be happy to speak to you.
