Pros
I enjoyed my time at AmazingCo. The size of the company means ideas and responsibilities can be given and trusted to you from the get-go, which gives a bit of pride knowing you're heard and your skills are recognised. The company culture is super tight-knit, and there's a lot of flexibility for working.
Cons
If you're not in the Melbourne head office and working remotely full-time, you could feel isolated if you prefer a hybrid or completely in office experience. Nevertheless, there are remote team building activities and open communication, it can sometimes feel like you have met the people you've been working with. I have to say I made made redundant, I have no hard feelings and am thankful for my time with the team. If I was a prospective employee this could be a potential consideration to look at.
