Pros

Some of the staff are great people Monthly social events A good opportunity if you’re starting out and looking for the first full-time gig

Cons

You will be underpay. Managers are nice in front of you but they’re not willing to help you if anything happens. When I had depression because of the constant verbal abuse from customers on the phone, the manager didn’t bother and told me to just learn to deal with it This company tolerates nepotism and discrimination. The CEO’s family members and even nanny are working at the company. A manager’s niece is working there as a sales coordinator but she bosses people around and always has the holier than thou attitude. Customers always right, even when they are abusive, gaslighting or 100% in the wrong. This is the mentality these people carry so watch out. They won’t be on your side And just like any other company, revenue and profits always go first so if they could find anyone cheaper to replace you, including outsourcing sales people from Phillipines who doesn’t provide as much value as you do, they would.

Pros

Everyone is so welcoming and wants you to succeed. They believe in strong teamwork and try their best to keep everyone motivated and fresh while working. Amazingco really cares about their work and the customers who participate in our experiences.

Cons

I work remotely so I have not met my coworkers in person but I am able to communicate through video meeting and others online forms so it is not hard to get in contact with coworkers. I have not really found any cons working at Amazingco!

Pros

Great opportunity for growth if you stick with the company for a while. I was there for 2 years and they listened to my interests and I got the opportunity to join teams that I was interested in. Fully remote company!

Cons

The sales and event coordinator role is pretty much all customer service. So lots of phone calls and emails.
