They are getting it wrorse day by day , hired new managers from sales industry and they are not there to support on anything just to run behind targets , apart from that there is botle neck to grow , rare chance of getting promoted, very odd shift timings, odd weekoffs, they changed shift times slightly to save on night shifts pay s though you work for odd late evening and midnight morning., workload has been incrased by 2-3 times and support has gone to end with unreaslitic targets to make employees leave in frutration
