      you choose when you want to work no one is watching you you work as fast or as slow as you want you are out side you get to drive your own car

      Cons

      You have to use your own car. The pay can be really bad considering you have to pay for gas, tolls, and car repairs the work is very inconsistent

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
