You choose when to pick up a shift

Cons

The app is terrible,if you return items they will put the blame on you saying you did not return them and your dashboard goes down but when you deliver well it stays constant. Poor support from the drivers support Poor salary that does not cover your running cost Too many parcels for the hours allocated Most places flex drivers are assigned are busy and you will get parking tickets If you deliver in flats be prepared to work extra hard Your car suffers starting and stopping

Cons

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
