very flexible hours with no supervision.
Cons
Block offers are very limited. The reserved blocks are very limited maybe none at all. They offer 3 hour block with average of 60+ packages to be delivered. That would be 3 minutes per package, that's including sorting out the package, scanning and confirmation. They say the workload will be even more in the future but the block hours will be the same. I calculated the gas cost to delivery 60 packages on a honda van was close to 20 dollars. So at the end you will be working for less than minimum wage, and that's lucky if your car don't break down from all the driving.
