Pros
Independent Contractor, Flexible Shifts, morning routes mean less traffic, get paid twice a week, and drive your own car.
Cons
McKinney hub is a mess, it's very unorganized so you waste a lot of time there before you start your route. Mundelein is much better but a further drive, Lisle is also a good hub if you can get it and Morton Grove is ok. Buy a hand truck, some boxes are bulky but not heavy and it helps you when you have multiple stops ($26 at Menard). Payments hit your account at 3 pm.
