Pros
I like that I set up my own work schesdule/availability. If something happens which prevents you from receiving a delivery block and it is not your fault, they send you home but, still pay you for showing up.
Cons
A lot of people have become employed as Indep Drivers which causes there to be very long lines of vehicles needing to get into the fullfillment center.
