      Pros

      If you can manage to get a block, the money is pretty good.

      Cons

      You have a number to "call support" who tells you that they aren't actually support and you have to email your concerns...what? The support folks who "read" and respond to our emails are literally located in India and many times don't understand the emails and simply reply with a canned response. Some of the deliveries destinations are RIDICULOUS and way too far away to be reasonable to complete deliveries on time. Did I say support sucks. For a pseudo tech company, the app is a joke.

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
