Pros

Flexibility Decent pay if you live near a depot Can sometimes finish a block in less than an hour Work by yourself Flex support is decent

Cons

Not enough blocks, constantly sat there like a minion refreshing the page trying to beat the next guy to a block. The app can be buggy and have you going back on yourself turning a 2 hour job into a 4 hour job. No support for damages eg I had an oil leak out of a package and onto my seats, most they did was give me a tissue to clean it. Customers saying they didn’t receive the item. Delivering in city’s especially when you deliver the same amount as none city’s, they should take into account parking prices and times. Waiting at the depot while they sort packages that should have been sorted prior to arrival. Other than that it’s okay. I see people complaining about fuel and maintenance but you knew that before signing up.

Pros

Lots of routes available to drive using your own vehicle, both in early morning and in the evenings. Get paid the same day that you drive. Routes are usually pretty tight so you're not doing a lot of long distances between stops.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of miles you'll have to drive. You may average about 20-25 an hour, depending on how long of a block you sign up for. But you'll end up spending at least 1.5 hours pay to put back into your gas tank. You can't choose the area you want to drive in, it's chosen randomly for you. So you could be clear across five counties from the starting point.
