Pros

Payment is high in some areas, thanks to customer tips.

Cons

They steal driver tips. Scheduling system is the cruelest system in the world. You have to tap screen 3 hours day. Like cat fish in a cold water tank. They fire drivers in any small mistake. Customers are the kings, workers are the slaves. The guys who handle driver issues are cruel, they know nothing about nature of delivery business. They answer driver e-mails with automated answer in 90% of the cases. They do not consider drivers as human beings. And they do not invest in delivery system with human drivers . They seem, they are anticipating for age of delivery with robots, drones. May be it is the reason that they do not consider current drivers as human being.

Cons

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
