With my experience of months at working at amazon flex. I am very displeased as the packages given to me are ridiculously high in numbers, while over 10 of the boxes are approximately 15kg. Plus another 30 packages that result in time wasted on looking for the package needed. While this whole delivery trip is on a time limit of 4 hours. Even with all this, they only pay us around $108 per delivery. As compared to other businesses that give a $300 pay for this amount of work.
