Pros
sorry nothing good here. The job is extremely easy but it's extremely difficult to deal with the manager. please interview the team members and ask question about the management. All the other managers are awesome just one specific region is toxic.
Cons
very rude, bully, and toxic manager that can get away with all unethical things that she does. She will make top performer employees to bottom performers. Team members are keep going on LOA to find jobs. No promotion. The manager has failed to grow/promote anyone in 6 years! Manager only promoted 1 person in 6 years which they have a friendship outside of the work. Manager is not clear what the ask is and will misguide you. If she finds out you are the one that giving her low connection scores, will makes up projects to put you in trouble. If you turn a project fast, she will makes you to rewrite it multiple times with no clear direction but at the end she will asks you to submit the first one. She will make lots of mistake and won't take the ownership. It's hard in a small group to have problems with most team members. So many changes and complains in this small group. Left Amazon because of this and very happy that now I have a normal manager.
