Flexibility - Choose your own blocks of time. Some blocks pay $25-$30/hr. Get direct deposited your pay 2x per week. They reimburse for tolls.
Cons
Pay for your own gas. When your block ends you could be an hour away from home. You don't know where you're going until you get to the warehouse, sometimes ending up in unsafe areas. Some addresses are extremely difficult to locate, adding more time to your route.
