      Pros

      The system is quite good. Just some minor things to sort out. Most days workload is good but they don’t account for tricky apartments or traffic. You have good days.

      Cons

      You’ll get some really bad runs. You’ll never know where you’ll be going to. Pay could be better. You’re dealing with a computer system and can’t talk to anyone higher up to get things resolved.

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
