Pros
Benefits start on day 1 if you’re full time. Paid weekly and can take out early pay up to a certain amount after every shift. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and move up or sideways in the warehouse.
Cons
Long hours standing and repetitive movements that can cause a lot of injuries. High expectations for standard rate. Trainings are usually very little to nonexistent and you get left to yourself to figure things out often times. Lack of communication from most managers to associates as well as amongst each other.
