Pros
Really good work environment, friendly people, and job is easy to learn. You will feel success once you pick up the speed, as you complete orders to help your customers realize the convenience and efficiency that is the Amazon Prime Now Whole Foods shopping experience (by proxy). Amazon overall is very efficient, and provides clear training online on how you should do the job right.
Cons
Difficult, if not impossible, to pick up the shift you want. Do you want to work the whole week? Good luck trying to get it. The system is difficult to use, and you will be competing with your many peers. Shifts will be awarded and disappear within seconds of being posted.
