Pros
The only pro of this company is that you can save on rent, since you won’t be going home—you’ll be trapped at Ambak 24×7.
Cons
Now, let’s talk about the real issues: Rubbish policies – The company has zero work ethics and poor policies. Even though they have a large HR team, all they seem to do is snack and make reels with the marketing team. Working hours – My offer letter mentioned 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., five days a week. Shortly after joining, I discovered the company actually operates six days from the office, and the earliest you can leave is around 8 p.m.—never before that. When you confront them about it, they tell you to join an MNC if you’re looking for work–life balance. Nepotism – All I see are family members of top management sitting around and warming seats. They have zero knowledge but still get paid handsomely. Salary structure – The salary policies here are terrible. Some people in the organization make 5 LPA, while they hire freshers at 12 LPA for lower designations. In short, don’t join this place. It’s a terrible workplace.
