Specifically for the internal audit department: 1. None of the senior management folks has leadership qualities. They are just regular managers mainly because most have worked in the bank for over 30 years without prior knowledge/experience of other organization's culture. 2. No work life balance. Forget about doing things that you love after office hours i.e. gym, exercise, family time etc. 3. Outdated process and procedures which delays work that can be done quicker. Management refuse to accept changes due to fear of losing out. 4. Senior management folks with MNC background will find it hard to adapt to this department's culture. 5. Very high attrition rate every year
