Terrible Work-Life balance,Worst Management,Brainwashed Employees - Engineer Ambetronics Engineers Employee Review

There is no work-life balance at all. If you dont have any personal life then you can surely join this company. You will not get any extra pay for travelling on weekends or for doing overtime. MD always motivates everyone to work 24hrs.(without any extra pay). Every employee is brainwashed by the management. Leave policy is the worst I have ever seen in any company. Clear all your doubts at the time of Joining. People here work day and night. You can get call from your manager anytime in the midnight. There is no job security at all. They can fire anyone anytime.
