Pros
1. Core electronics but no one professional enough to teach the science behind it. 2. Experienced company. 3. Good for fresher's to start into Core.
Cons
1. They expect you to just work, work and work. ( Expects you to be punctual but doesn't give perks for staying up late.) 2. Salary not up to the mark. 3. Absurd Company policies which are troublesome for employees. 4. Too much spying on employees. 5. They only believe in hard work and do not like people who are smart or who prefer working in a smarter fashion. 6. Saturdays working. 7. Late marks and you get a pay cut. 8. The company follows a very old fashioned employee ethics and culture.
