There are no pros. All equipments are brought from other manufacturers. None is manufactured in house. 1. Harsh work environment and zero safety standards for employees. 2. Management is extremely inquisitive about your personal life. 3. Pay standards are pathetic. More like an old fashioned factory. 4. The work timings are also more than 8 hrs and they don't pay for over times but do have pay cut for being late. 5. Your ideas and methods are not welcome. No appreciation at all. 6. Gender biased and more inclination for women. 7. No growth. The worst thing they do to retain employees is by signing a service agreement AKA bond and using it against them at times. The environment feels like a jail. Broaden your perspective. Stop being the same typical factories. Modernize your thinking first and treat your employees with respect. Have a open environment and let your employees breathe. And most importantly, be more concerned about growth not the employees personal life.
