      Dynamic, not formal at all, you really take responsibility of issues and gain autonomy fast. Accelerated career development if you are willing to pay the price.

      Cons

      Environment is good only for managers, everyone bellow that level hates what they do and expected to be promoted soon (what is reasonable according to do the accelerated career development. Most of the time you need someone at high level to like you in order to be promoted soon as promised
