Pros
This company is basically peak 90s Chicago Bulls - everyone is at the top of their game. Not a single person has an ego, and there are no traces of a toxic work environment. People are kind, thoughtful, engaging, considerate, and highly intelligent in their field. Work-Life balance was incredible and allowed me to appreciate and thrive in a WFH environment.
Cons
Unfortunately, layoffs happen so my time will soon be over here, but there may be opportunities for others in the future so I hope this information serves you well, to whomever may be reading this.
The only small downside I have is that I chased a Senior title longer than I felt was necessary, but would have come to me had the aforementioned layoffs not happened.
