When you get to work for prestigious ISRO 1. You can build core competency in one campus. 2. In house facilities like testing, machining, quality, research etc are brilliant.

When you work for ISRO as a contract engineer thru Ambimat Electronics 1. You don't get any type of leave. If you are absent due to medical reason then also salary would get deducted. Employer do not look after its employees. 2. There are no cons as such working at ISRO.

As a fresher salary was quite lucrative. Got to work in Space Application Centre. You get to understand what it is like to work under a tyrant.

There is no salary increment structure, NO PAID OR SICK LEAVES. The owner is very arrogant and has zero regards for his employees. Talks very rudely. He also favored and sided with the client at every point. The company has more than 300 contract employees working at ISRO(Ahmedabad) and never heard any good things about him.
