      Horrible management and leadership, Awful communication with employees, no career path, and leadership always looks out for itself before doing what's right no matter what.

      Haven't been here a full year yet but major pros are: - Unlimited PTO (in my experience, they are pretty generous with this) - Great management, that allow you to do your job - Competitive salary
