      Good Learning atmosphere and good training for freshers to start their Career, this is my opinion till the time i was there

      Cons

      Bad Salary, they always try to negotiate and try to delay the salary of the employees, so salary wise organization is bad

      Good company for initial start of the career, good environment for that, colleagues are also good and helpful for the same

      Pros

      My colleagues out there were friendly & supportive in helping the requirements to understand.

      Cons

      Its a waste consultancy, doesn't pay salaries for their own employees. gets profit from employees by putting pressure to reach the target but wont even pays salary for their effort. Its no a charity/trust to work for free of cost.
