I have been in the business for the past 2 months. Within this short space I have been working here my personal development has progressed hugely. Before I had very low confidence and lack of belief in myself which ultimately could have ruined me for life. Since working my people skills and belief that I can progress with a positive future have massively increased. I got promoted on my first month and I am aiming to keep progressing through them. All in all the high standard has been passed on to me and I hold a high regard of holding this standard for my upcoming future.

From start to finish my experience at Ambitum innovations has been a very positive one. The first round interview I had gave me an insight into the progression and growth of the company. Then I was luckily invited to attend a second round interview where I was shown the entry level side of things, and given much more detail into the job roles and progression that could be available. The environment at Ambitum innovations is a very lively yet professional one. They're very driven at developing people and pushing them to their full potential

At the beginning I found the position challenging but the rewards was definitely worth it, it's just getting used to being out of your comfort zone
