      Benifts are good, and most start right away with Assistant or above.

      Cons

      Restaurant Manager and above is a lot of work and requires a lot of your time. Managing your time, and finding your work/life balance is important.

      Always constantly needing people so easy accepting of applications

      Cons

      Pay scale doesn't reflect CoL or appropriate Pay variance between crew and management why work for pittance when the crew position elsewhere offers more for less stress and better environment. Needs to actually listen to employees not just be green with greed
