      has 13th month bonus and performance bonus

      Very budgeted MNC Unflexible lunch hours - limited to 11.30pm to 12.30 pm Compensation scheme is not transparent Does not have work life balance, as an NPI engineer, you will need to take up workload as a technician, operator and engineer.
