      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good. Plant level management team work hand in hand with employees and with other plant management teams to look for the best solutions to any problem.

      Cons

      No work life balance. The new Amcor is pushing to hard, to quickly, many changes and people are paying the consequences of upper management expecting to quick of a change. Upper management full of “yes” man/women.
