      Pros

      Great Location, R&D center located in rural setting. Primarily good people.

      Cons

      Terrible management. That really says it all, buy to be clear don't expect to be treated well or have opportunities without acquiring an overly brown nose. Also don't plan on having any free time or control of your work hours.

      The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

      Cons

      Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
