      Pros

      The offices are very nice and the vacation without limit is a good concept. Also, although the reputation technology wise it is quite advanced (in few departments).

      Cons

      Lack of strategy. Top management very aggressive and everything is political. Very unstable work place.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
