      Awesome Employee benefits. Free breakfast and snacks of god quality. Good salary structure. DCC is best group to join in Amdocs. 80% onsite chances

      If you get a position PBG, do not join amdocs! bad work + no onsite + no good hike.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
