no proper management , no proper training , no transparency , GLs and Managers are the backbone so if you want hike or short term growth follow them blindly Many seniors have the ego while sharing the knowledge so you should be very diplomatic in handling them nothing much to learn , all you have to do as a tester is execution and since no diversity in projects so you will gain business knowledge in 2-3 years . For developer most of the time they do maintenance .
