      The health plan is one of the best I have ever seen!

      Cons

      Amdocs is a company where the bottom line means more to management than experience and your commitment to the company. If they don't meet their numbers, they fire indiscriminately. And the remaining employees are expected to work overtime for free and pick up the slack.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
