      Pros

      First and the best advantage is you get a really good environment to develop yourselves. They provide amazing training and workshops on every new technology you're expected to work on. There is a lot of food options too. Free snacks and fruits are provided twice everyday. You also get a lot of onsite opportunities if you're in a delivery team.

      Cons

      The work hours are hectic.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
