      Pros

      On site opportunities (depends on projects also) Good culture Free lunch, snacks and some other facilities No bench strength Moderate Hike Good company for person with not very good technical skills.

      Cons

      Not suitable for a technically strong candidate because of Very less opportunities to learn new technologies working in single domain and mainly on windows application. Late promotions for leads. High work load in case project having on site. Working mainly on its own tools and products.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
