      Pros

      Comfortable office, free food/snacks, lot of personal development, good communication with superiors and managers, food bonus for restaurants.

      Cons

      Stressful work at the begining, it is difficult to start at Amdocs because it is about customer service and customer care, is the number one priority to Amdocs, to satisfy customers even more than its employees.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
