      Pros

      - Product based company with end to end support of the product. Offers various roles for a software engineer from development of the core product to production support. - The work culture encourages developers to gain end to end knowledge of the billing systems spanning multiple applications. - Ongoing opportunities to relocate around various offices around the globe. - Open door policy is followed pretty well.

      Cons

      - Most of the customers use stable versions of the billing applications , exposure to latest technologies is limited.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
