      Great vacation and good benefits

      Cons

      Use HR as their flex tool when not meeting numbers for wall street. Makes employees want to look elsewhere. Not great at developing people or providing the tools for career growth. Have to figure it out on your own.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
