      Pros

      Good employee care Additionla benefits outside the offered CTC. Even bonus offered is outside the CTC. Open door policy.Could go and talk to any one in the upper management.

      Cons

      You might have the opportunity to travel for 2-3 months frequently but relocation chances would be rare.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
