      I've gained Java experience with all modern frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, Struts

      Cons

      Compnay is very very burocratic, it is very difficult ti change your currnet project. When you enter the company you don't choose the project, it's random.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
