Pros
Nice team, low control mechanisms, work is not so hard in terms of understanding what should be done (but it is hard in terms of working hours)
Cons
extremely low salaries, low-to-zero salary upgrades (should be done every year, but in actual i'm working in Amdocs for more than 5 years, and got salary upgrade only once!!!) , lousy bonuses (zero-to-low), lots of working hours, poor management.
