      Pros

      Amdocs is one of the good companies to work in. Some advantages Amdocs offers are - above average package (though not so high), flexibility regarding timings, work from home and very good facilities for transport, awesome food (especially in India, not so good in the US). Lots of things depend on which division you join. If you join PBG, they have laid back kind of lifestyle but support etc guys have their night oils burning. Onsites for India folks are good.

      Cons

      Some divisions in Amdocs don't do any good work technically. So, if you are a fresher or less experienced engineer, be very careful what is your exact work profile.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
